Just in the process of starting up a new business at the SLBDC and
would like to find more local resources for how it can continue to
grow in Sarnia-Lambton. The business is called UKN-BRU and we’ll be
brewing UK inspired alcoholic beverages like hard cider and hard
ginger beer. In fact Lambton County already has a connection to
another ginger beverage, Canada Dry, which was created by John
McLaughlin from Enniskillen.

Local history and resources will help to strenghten the development
of the adult beverage business in Sarnia-Lambton. We already have Twin Pines Cider in Thedford and Munroe Honey & Meadery in Alvinston. With further economic development these local beverages could be featured
in the LCBO.
